Course Outline A look at the nature of negotiation including key principles. How to create a win-win. Knowing your bottom line. Getting the most from your suppliers. Establishing lines of credit. The course will also look at patterns of conflict.
Course Aims Objectives for Learners Objective 1 To developing an understanding of the key principles of negotiation. Objective 2 To review different negotiating styles and outcomes. Objective 3 To understand patterns of conflict and their resolution.
Learning Outcomes Outcome 1 Participants will sharpen their negotiating skills through developing a better understanding of the principles involved. Outcome 2 Participants will have a good knowledge of different negotiating styles and of how to create lasting relationships with suppliers based on win-win principles. Outcome 3 Participants will understand patterns of conflict and how they arise.
Course Content A good overview of the nature of negotiations including key principles and different negotiating styles. The course will show participants how to get the most from their suppliers while creating lasting relationships.
