Welcome to the Rathwood web site. The following are the rules or terms and conditions
that govern your use of the Rathwood web site. By using or visiting this web
site, you expressly agree to be bound by these terms and to follow these terms

any time, effective immediately upon posting on this web site. Please check this

Young Passengers
For safety reason children must be supervised and under the control of responsible adults at all times. Unaccompanied minors under 14 years will not be allowed to participate in Rathwood's Santa Wonderland.
Passengers with Wheelchair requirements
Passengers who require the use of a wheelchair for their visit must provide a suitable wheelchair, which is compliant with all appropriate health and safety standards. They should notify Rathwood's Reception at
reception@rathwood.com or telephone 059 9156285 to request appropriate support if needed at least 48 hours prior to your Santa visit.

Our goal at Rathwood is to make your purchasing experience easy, efficient and equitable, so we can get you through to our Santa event as smoothly and enjoyable as possible.
The following purchase policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process on Rathwood.com.
Purchase Policy
1. When you pay for your booking online by credit or debit card you will receive
a receipt by email.
- Please print and keep this receipt
email safely as THIS IS YOUR TICKET. You will also be able to print the ticket from this website..
- Bring your printed Ticket with you on the day of your visit. Admittance will not be permitted without it.
- When you arrive at Rathwood, present your printed Ticket at the Santa Wonderland check-in and you will receive your passes in.
- Keep your printed Ticket with you at all times as you may be asked for it during your visit.
Please remember, all purchases are subject to credit card authorisation and billing address verification which may take place after initial confirmation has been given. Tickets purchased on the Rathwood website may be subject to a per ticket non-refundable per order handling charge.
It is advised that you collect your admittance Passes a minimum of 30 minutes in advance of your chosen Santa visit time. Regrettably Tickets and Passes cannot be posted out.
If your chosen visit time is cancelled or rescheduled by Rathwood due to unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavour to contact you either by phone, e-mail or letter with the contact details you provide at the time of booking. To gain a refund on a date cancelled or rescheduled by Rathwood, a copy of your emailed Paid Ticket must be sent to Rathwood, Rath, Tullow, Co. Carlow by hand or registered post.
Occasionally, additional Tickets may be available prior to the Santa Wonderland, however Rathwood's online booking system does not control this inventory or its availability.
For queries about a purchase you have made, please telephone Rathwood at 059 9156285 quoting the referance number printed on your emailed Ticket.
Ticket Terms and Conditions:
- Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of Rathwood.
- Passes can only be collected from Rathwood's Santa Wonderland. They will only be issued on presenting printed proof of the Paid Ticket you received at time of booking.
- Please check your Tickets and Passes carefully when received, as mistakes can only be rectified at time of issue. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check the date and time on the Tickets.
- Rathwood's Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
- Every effort to admit latecomers will be made, but admission will not be possible under any circumstances after your ticket start time. The Train must leave on time.
- WE REGRET THAT TICKETS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED, REFUNDED OR CANCELLED AFTER YOU PURCHASE THEM.
- Tickets are sold subject to the Management's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange Tickets.
- Rathwood operates a no smoking, drinking alcohol and taking non prescription drugs Policy.
- The unauthorised use of photographic equipment to record children other than those under your own guardianship is strictly prohibited. Video cameras or any type of recording equipment is prohibited on the visit.
- Rathwood accepts no responsibility for any personal property.
- Rathwood advises that all participants are appropriately dressed as this is an outdoor event.
