The renewable and green energy sector is fast becoming
the focus for major international investment.
A new agreement in climate change negotiations will provide
impetus for further investment in low carbon and
clean energy technologies. Minister Eamon Ryan has enhanced
optimism further by describing a vision of Ireland
being a renewables powerhouse in the post-2020 period
by intensively developing both its wind and ocean resources.
The construction of an interconnection will ultimately
put Ireland in a position to export electricity to Europe.
With all the confidence surrounding the industry at a
time of continued economic gloom, where do we stand
in terms of investment compared to this time last year?
Where are the specific growth areas? What can we
learn from successful projects to date? These and other
questions will be answered at this year’s conference. To book your place, please click here
